Once we've established that we're a good fit, we'll present a comprehensive proposal with project scope, timeline, and phase-wise breakdown. This proposal covers technical documentation and our contributions. If you're on board, we'll implement tools like Jira and Slack for seamless task and deadline management. These systems ensure effective collaboration and organization throughout the project.
We'll create a strategy for your website, including design, functionality, and development. We'll discuss in depth your requirements, user needs and features. Our team will also outline Sprint planning and setup deliverables.
The implementation phase is where the actual website design and development work takes place. We always start with setting up the foundations such as design system, user flows and page architecture. With a bi-weekly Sprints and daily updates, we'll work together to ensure a successful outcome and deliver your project on time.

Delivery times are based on a few factors, including the project size, animations and complexity. Single landing pages are delivered within a 1-2 weeks, full websites take anywhere from 1 to 2 months and more complex projects can take anywhere from 3 months to 4 months.
Once you agree to the project price and timeline, we'll send you a 30% downpayment invoice. This can be paid by regular bank transfer or with one of the many payment options we provide. Upon completion of the project, we'll send you the final invoice.
For longterm collaborations or complex, lengthy projects, we may offer other competitive payment methods. VAT is added depending on your location of residence. Clients within the European Union (EU) with a valid address are charged 0% VAT.
