Plenn.app is a SaaS platform designed for tennis and padel academies in the Netherlands. Founded by 2 entrepreneurs from Rotterdam with deep knowledge of the tennis industry, Plenn set out to solve a pressing problem: academies and coaches were stuck managing their operations through paper lists, endless WhatsApp messages, and manual Tikkie payments. This approach was time-consuming, unscalable, and unprofessional for a growing industry.
Plenn partnered with Codelevate to turn this challenge into a mobile-first, end-to-end platform that streamlines booking, scheduling, and payments for academies and professional coaches.
Challenge
Before Plenn, tennis academies had no reliable system to manage their daily operations. Coaches filled available spots by messaging students individually on WhatsApp, while payments were requested through Tikkie links, with no way to track transactions or maintain a clear overview. Organizing events required hours of manual coordination, and there was no calendar system to manage availability or rescheduling.
The founders’ vision was to replace this fragmented process with a professional and scalable platform that would save time, reduce administrative workload, and make it easier for players to book lessons or join events. They turned to Codelevate to design and build a solution from the ground up.
