There is no one size fits all, but we have noticed that most of our customers come to us with an idea of a SaaS platform (software-as-a-service). Example of similar platforms are Uber, AirBnB, Netflix and Dropbox.

While we typically use Jira and Slack for internal project organization, we are flexible when working with clients who have specific requirements or a dedicated project manager. For larger organizations or retainer projects, we have used tools like Microsoft, Google, and Trello to accommodate our clients' needs.

In the creative phase, we recognize the significance of selecting the right tools, and therefore, we use industry-standard software such as Figma for UX/UI design, Adobe Illustrator for vector-based branding and illustrations, Procreate for illustrations, and Adobe After Effects for animations.

Our developers are certified in Amazon Web Services, Google Firebase and expert in using the latest technologies such as React, Node,js, Typescript and others.

The question of project delivery time is both important and complex, as the answer depends on the type and size of the project.

For small projects like a website or marketplace, it typically takes between 1-2 months, while software development projects can take from 2-5 months to complete.

In addition to the actual project work, there are also discovery, paperwork, and research phases that can extend the delivery timeline. Overall, our project delivery time can range from 1-5 months. Although this may seem daunting, the end result is always worth the effort.

Our starting price per hour is €50,00 depending on the required service. To make it easier, we have standard packages that fit most of the tech companies budget which comes at a fixed price.

Besides our packages we also offer two billing arrangements - fixed fees and retainers, each with its own benefits and are applied across all our services. While our hourly rate is generally used for retainers, we sometimes use fixed rates for small individual projects with a clearly defined scope of work. If the work goes really well and you are happy, we can provide a dedicated team which will decrease your costs with additional 30%-40%.

For example, average design projects usually cost between €3,000 - €8,000 and development projects between €20,000 - €40,000. A typical project of an MVP SaaS platform consisting of UX/UI design, development, and handover can cost between €18,000 - €25,000, depending on the specific requirements.
