We are looking for a Mid/Senior UX/UI Designer to join the team who can move fast, think clearly and turn complex ideas into simple, scalable, and polished digital products.
About the role
As a UX/UI Designer at Codelevate, you will work closely with product managers, developers, and clients to design SaaS platforms, AI products, dashboards, mobile apps, and websites.
You will be involved across the full design process:
- Product exploration and UX research
- User flows and prototypes
- High-fidelity Figma designs
- Design systems and UI components
- Developer handover and implementation support
- Iteration based on client, user, and team feedback
This role is ideal for an all-round designer who combines strong UX thinking, visual design skills, product understanding, and practical delivery.
Requirements for applying

- Experience designing real B2B web SaaS
- Ability to explain your design decisions clearly
- Availability to work remotely from Europe
What will you do?
- Design end-to-end user flows, AI prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces
- Work on SaaS platforms, AI-powered products, dashboards and websites
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, clients, and founders
- Translate business goals and user needs into clear product experiences
- Create and maintain scalable design systems in Figma
- Work with modern UI patterns and component libraries such as Shadcn UI and Tailwind CSS
- Use AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor to speed up research, ideation, UX writing, and design iterations
- Prepare clear developer handovers and support implementation where needed
- Move fast, iterate often, and improve designs based on feedback
Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, Product Designer, or similar role
- Strong experience with SaaS, B2B platforms, dashboards, web apps and websites
- Excellent Figma skills and AI prompt engineering
- Strong understanding of UX, interaction design, visual design, usability, and design systems
- Experience with component-based design and modern frontend frameworks
- Familiarity with Shadcn UI, Tailwind CSS, or similar design/component systems
- Comfortable working with developers and understanding technical feasibility
- Clear communication with clients, product managers, and engineering teams
- Able to follow a structured design process while still moving quickly
- Strong attention to detail, but practical enough to ship
- T-shaped designer: strong in UX/UI, with the ability to support product thinking, branding, UX writing, and design systems when needed
